Paid for headstone engraving in June. Still waiting for it to be done. Reported to Attorney Generals office.
Worst experience ever for my Departed loved one! It's been 5 yrs and still the plaque is missing from the headstone. Unacceptable for someone who paid off in full prior to their death. I will keep on them everyday until this matter is resolved. I should sue them for my families pain and suffering this is causing still.
