Worst experience ever for my Departed loved one! It's been 5 yrs and still the plaque is missing from the headstone. Unacceptable for someone who paid off in full prior to their death. I will keep on them everyday until this matter is resolved. I should sue them for my families pain and suffering this is causing still.

THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS* It is obvious that this company CANNOT provide the service you pay for anymore.
If I could I would give it a -5 because this was the worse business I’ve ever encountered. In a time of sadness in my life when I just lost a loved one you want to think people won’t screw you over but this business did. You can no longer see the words on my loved one headstone and the owner painted such a pretty picture on how the headstone is better then the rest and the words will be seen.
