I WISH I COULD GIVE HER A 0% STAR.. This doctor is not nice or doesn't have great communication skills. She over charges. And she tries to charge a cancelation fee but nothing is posted about it. Also she tries to make you bye a wash for over $50.00 but you can get the same mouth wash from your doctor with a smaller co-pay. She doesn't have permanent staff because of her communication skills. Everytime I go there It is someone different even the front desk person.. so you wouldn't never get to get it's familiar with anyone.
Very clean environment, which is super important to me when it comes to a dentist. Very high staff turnover- I never meet the same person twice besides Dr. McMenamin. Have had some issues over the years, but overall good experience.
I’ve seeing Dr McMenamin every 6 months since 2016. I have referred anyone and everyone I know to Dr McMenamin who needs a reliable dentist.
Tried to make an appointment, the receptionist told me I would be charged $52 just to be seen. Very unfriendly, unprofessional. I use my professional name on google, but I did call this office and was rudely told all this. Yes, it's true I'm not her patient, because she didn't allow me to be! I was going to pay the $52 but after more minutes with the receptionist who actually told me I shouldn't come here, I am fine with not having gone here, although I have extreme tooth pain!
Had a root canal here and she cut my tongue and my lip open and didn't even tell me until after. She shamed me for having a fear of the dentist and also shamed me for not wanting to fix the chip in my front tooth. When I explained how the chip is not very noticeable and I don't want to fix it she told me that if I fixed it I would then be beautiful. I did not feel welcome and comforted when using her as a dentist and will not be returning.
