One barista was on the phone with someone while making my drinks talking about something that should have been talked about in private while the other barista went to the back and didn’t do anything to get the other off the phone. No manager in sight or seemingly not around at all. Super unprofessional. I ordered an iced latte with cream and the receptionist didn't put any cream in it. Then, when I was drinking it, I found a fly in the latte. Terrible service.
Prices were fair for the quality.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends.
