She says she doesn't have small cups to serve.. pushing sales to medium it's already been a week..how lame.. it's not the customers fault.. give the medium for the price of small and than with attitude🤣
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! their was a guy nd female worker who seemed they were both on their monthly. Guy didn't even say youre drinks ready until I looked. Girl just stared nd look down. Get people that wanna work.
I came in and ws charged $9 plus for a regular pistachio latte i asked for half the sweetness the lady at the window wasnt friendly at all waited then a giy brought my drink no receipt either and the cup wasnt even full. NEVER AGAIN and i use to love it here.
We were the only ones purchasing and didn’t even get greeted by employe . She said thank you to us because we said it . Good stuff just need new employees that want to be there .
