Disappointed in thos location I usually get it at the one on Jackson I asked for light ice she added regular and when I asked to remake she made a face then the coffee just tasted like she took the ice out and added milk will not go to this location again
Never take the orders correctly. As a suggestion they should repeat the orders back to the customer.
Did not dine in, do takeout, or get delivery because the cafe was closed earlier than their actual closing time. We saw someone cleaning early, and the sign said “open” but the door was locked. Walked through drive-thru but no one answered, and suddenly the person cleaning disappeared. This has happened on multiple occasions.
