I ordered a coffee in a ceramic cup. Then they bought out the coffee in a paper cup they said all ceramic cups were being sterilised . There were a bunch of them sitting on top of the coffee machine which I didn't notice until it was to late, not only that my paper cup had a leak in it and went all over my dress, so I asked why I didn't get one of those ceramic mugs ,replied back sorry it was mistake. Never go there again terrible service.!

Ive only ever had amazing, hospitable service from all the staff here. Hanan (i think thats her name, the hijabi girl) in particular is the best. Makes the best coffee, consistent, always a smile on her face and welcoming! She deserves to be commended as do all the other girls and staff members.
The kids don't know how to make coffee.. it's sad
