Absolutely disgraceful i was charged $115 for 2 milkshakes today 2/8/25 the girl said to me that will be $ 13 thanks. How the hell do you get $115 from $13 ???? So I tried calling them but guess what the number on the website says sorry its disconnected I work long hours sunday to thursday so it's impossible for me to get there in there trading hours. I want my money back the staff there are clearly dumb or very incompetent. You push 13.00 not 115.00 on the damm eftpos machine

Today, my mother and I visit to order coffees. I received my small iced coffee first, and we were waiting on my mother’s almond cappuccino. However, the barista skipped her order and began preparing drinks for customers who had ordered after us. When we politely brought this to his attention and explained that my coffee had been served before my mother’s, the staff member responded with visible frustration, offered no apology, avoided eye contact, and displayed poor customer service. The service has always been good here. I was there yesterday and noticed 1 young lady working extremely hard on her own. Her name was Dania. She is a fantastic worker. Very friendly. Great service. I noticed she is very organised. Worked fast did her extreme best on her own. The work station was clean as well. She is a master at her job and multi tasking.
