this place sucks!!! the woman in there is incompetent and rude and ugly. i'd rather go to 7 11 than this place. i also found a fly in my coffee. DISGUSTING!!!!
I ordered a latte and a biscotti. Both were great. The espresso has a great flavor and is not at all bitter. Nice design in the foam cap. Biscotti tasted fresh and was a good size. The place is very industrial with a lot of the original fixtures and wood beams maintained. Lots of seating but still feels spacious. All around a great coffee house.
I will never go in this shop ever again. The lady behind the counter was rude and was completely lacking of customer service. I went in there today and asked for a cup of water, she directs me to go another location, taking the escalator down to find a water fountain to drink my water. I had a few bags of merchandise in my hands carrying from shopping and didn't want to drag everything with me so I told her that I will pay for the cup of water if she could give me just a cup of water, but she just rudely shook her hand gestu... read more
