The manager is a stand up guy!
The barista heated up the milk for an iced coffee and insisted that was the way that it was supposed to be in order to “mix” the mocha. They also didn’t show the price or offer a receipt. Getting the coffee complicated because there were two of us who were around the same time and he put one coffee on the counter and didn’t say what it was so the two of us were just looking at each other, trying not to take each other‘s coffee. Not a great experience.
Came for a simple cup of coffee but refused to sell regular coffee. Was told they are only offering Americanos at twice the price. Not okay. Just go upstairs to Cinnabon - they sold me a cup of good coffee for $1.99.
