My friend got a coffee and it was fine, but I don't drink coffee so I ordered a strawberry lemonade, 5 bucks for said lemonade. Watched the girl make my friends coffee and then she proceeded to make my lemonade. This consisted of putting some pink syrup into a cup, filling it with ice then filling the cup with TAP WATER not filtered, not bottled she literally went to the sink, turned out the water and filled it up. For $5 I expect real lemonade... NOT FLAVORED TAP WATER.
Been coming here for the last 25 years..... They're always yummy but something I couldn't justify buying on a weekly basis at over $7.00 for a Large. But a once a month splurge, treat is definitely worth it.
Bad Communication with customers with loyalty cards. Unsatisfaction. Always make your customers happy!
