Why are there 3 baristas walking around while the line gets longer and longer? Terrible customer service
I’ve never met an angrier barista than the girl with the dark hair, working the register and dropping f bombs for the crowded store to hear on Sat, 9/5/26. We thought maybe she came across a problem customer but no. This was all because the store was busy on a beautiful day. She was miserable, rolling her eyes, leaning all over the counter and using the f word to multiple customers and being loud and obnoxious about it which NO ONE in the store found funny. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. As expected, they were very busy on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The woman at the register met us with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Annoyed, didn’t care to be there, acted like all the customers were an inconvenience to her. She cursed loudly in front of customers, got an attitude with every customer, and said she couldn’t wait until “all of these people are out of here.” Every single customer commented to each other about her rude attitude. Some rude lady working there who was bullying the younger teenagers working. She was also in a very bad mood and made us walk out without even ordering.
I’ve been to this establishment a few times. Suspect service at best but I like Gloria Jeans coffee. Today was just bad. Three people making drinks and they seemed overwhelmed while patiently waited for my order. A few times they made the incorrect drink, and mine was no different. I ordered a hot drink, they delivered an iced version. When attempting to correct, they used the iced version to attempt to warm and poured it into a hot cup.
