The girls who work there are both 17 years old and so slow and inefficient they are both stuck too much time on just making coffees instead of having a person ringing and grabbing a quick food from the display. I always end up not getting food on my break when I only have 30 mins and I need to grab something quick that's already prepared but instead I'm wasting every time just standing 20 mins waiting for the girls to finish making the coffees and then will motice me to ring me up what I want. The staff members are really nice, and go out of their way to provide excellent service! The coffee is really good as well and is consistently so :)
Pam and Angie were the best and made our drinks with love. Best cookies & cream chiller ever.
Completely unprofessional environment. Waste of time don’t bother coming here. Customer service is absolutely horrendous.
