I was charged DOUBLE the previous year rate because I was a new patient which I kept saying that I wasn't but they just kept brushing it off and charged for imaging I did not need and wasn't asked to get done. Seemed sketchy. The following day I woke up with a swollen lower eyelid from what I assumed was infected equipment.
