The doctor I see is rude. He doesn't listen to his patients. I was seen in the er and I have legit called everyday about getting my medication right. It's been a week and I been left unmedicated with multiple herniated disc and pinched nerves. So, then I contact Zane and HE TELLS ME PERSONALLY he would call me and the situation would be handled and here I am still without medication. Dr.Gates is the only doctor that has not blamed all my mental health or physical health on my weight. I was very happy when I started to see him regularly. He has been the only doctor that has cared enough, to order test to find out why I am going through so much mentally, I too had to switch insurance to continue with him, with the in house insurance office, it was quick and Vincent, & Alexis have both helped me with switching.
