Dr.Gates is the only doctor that has not blamed all my mental health or physical health on my weight. I was very happy when I started to see him regularly. He has been the only doctor that has cared enough, to order test to find out why I am going through so much mentally, I too had to switch insurance to continue with him, with the in house insurance office, it was quick and Vincent, & Alexis have both helped me with switching.
Barely answer the phone.
This is a very professional staff, that works well with their patients. People skills of the staff are among the best. They care about quality service and it shows. I've been a patient for 22 years.
