It was an absolute pleasure working with Gloria Craven to sell my mother's home in Staten Island. I live in New Jersey so I wasn't able to be in NY often but Gloria took care of everything for us. She was knowledgeable and communicated information to us well. She was easy to contact and was very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. She got us a cash offer over asking price! If you are looking for an experienced, reliable, knowledgeable and professional realtor, Gloria Craven is who you should call. In my opinion you will not find another realtor who could make selling or buying a house a better experience. She was always more than able to advise us and address any concerns we had.
