I booked the appointment giving them my insurance information. Why did this lady wait until the DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to call & tell me "we don't take your insurance I so sorry". Very inconvenient & yes, I'm mad as hell.
I have try to make appointment any dates available while the receptionist on the phone ask me to put hold first then she will return to me, while I waited on the phone about 5mins then she hung up. So I thought May be that was by mistaked but it were not , because I have try to call it again & again then it’s hung up again by a different receptionist repeated while they ask me to put on hold, but it repeated it hung up the phone. Dr. H. was very nice but practice is too busy. Took me months to get an appt as a new patient. Then another 3 months for an return appt to review my lab results which I still don’t have after 4 weeks. No phone call telling me my annual pap results…nothing. The doctor was in a complete rush. Never had such a fast annual GYN exam. Didn’t even feel like I had a valid exam. Terrible experience. Feel like I need to find another new OB/GYN to get a real annual exam. Dr H is amazing. Been going to her for years. But, they cancelled my appointment that took MONTHS to get. First available for them is 4 months from now. This is the 3rd time it’s happened over the years. The receptionist in the phone kept treating me as if I was being unreasonable and she was very disrespectful. Kept telling me Maam’ Dr’s get sick as if I couldn’t possibly understand that. Except she used that as an excuse for my Future appointment and I called her on it. She got a bit upset after that.
