My kids been coming here for years. I must say staff is very friendly and nice. Scheduling appointment is very easy. They even do the courtesy phone call reminders the day before your appointment. Facility is always clean. Dr. Phillip is an amazing dentist she explains every procedure being done and has always made my kids feel comfortable during the work needing to be done. I would recommend this place to anyone who has had bad experience anywhere else. Not only I come here but my sister kids.

The front office staff is great but we waited an hour and half before being seen. After waiting that long we were there for another two hours for the work to be done.

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Yes! I was in utter agony for days Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not really Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!
