I cannot and will never give a 5 star rating after what my mother in law experienced before her surgery. She has suffered from severe anxiety for most of her life and in that moment she was absolutely terrified crying overwhelmed and in need of comfort before a major procedure! Instead of compassion she was met with cruelty!
