Wife had a tanning appointment at 6pm. She showed up at 5:50pm and was waiting outside for 30 minutes. No one answered the door, there was no appointment cancellation, and we also tried to call the lady as well with no answer. Couldn’t leave a voicemail because voicemail box was full. Unreliable and Very unprofessional.
I made an appointment a week in advance for a spray tan through Glohavens website. I showed up for my appointment, and Hannah was a no-show. I tried texting and calling her direct phone number and got no response. Super disappointed!
Such a gorgeous salon!! I booked in with Patricia for a bikini and facial waxing. She did an excellent job, I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely be back!
Cutest little salon in Star! Love getting spray tans from Hannah. Amazing experience and it lasts so long.
