Visited here with my hubby for an appointment, very pleased with the service which was excellent. We would recommend, staff are lovely, friendly professional, seen on time, my husband was very pleased with the care he received.
I am giving this place a 1 because I have to. It doesn't deserve 1. It's taken over 6 weeks to get my results back. The surgery told me not home back I left this for another 5 weeks to be told not back and then.askrd if I was sure I went for the scan. They gave ME a number to CHASE my results which I did and guess what they were sent to the surgery on the 23/07/2025 @ 10.53am. I had a very disappointing experience at Glodwick Primary Care Centre. I arrived just 2 minutes late for a scan appointment, and the staff refused to see me. I tried to explain my situation, but the person doing the scans was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no understanding or flexibility, even though I had made the effort to attend.
