I am giving this place a 1 because I have to. It doesn't deserve 1. It's taken over 6 weeks to get my results back. The surgery told me not home back I left this for another 5 weeks to be told not back and then.askrd if I was sure I went for the scan. They gave ME a number to CHASE my results which I did and guess what they were sent to the surgery on the 23/07/2025 @ 10.53am. I had a very disappointing experience at Glodwick Primary Care Centre. I arrived just 2 minutes late for a scan appointment, and the staff refused to see me. I tried to explain my situation, but the person doing the scans was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no understanding or flexibility, even though I had made the effort to attend. I tried to book an appointment in Glodwick GP. I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes on the phone. I called 64 times. During that time I was disconnected 3 times when I was second in line. How can I contact you?
