Safety & fitment issues! I purchased two (2) GSX100 frames. The holes for the trigger pin and the locking block pin were NOT placed correctly. The metal frame rails are sharp and cut into the slide. The rear rails are also not square with the frame. The rear frame rails are also too high and do NOT allow the striker to contact the trigger bar sufficiently which allows for premature release of the striker, or with tolerance stacking can and does in some cases cause the striker to miss the crucifix on the trigger bar complete... read more

I am a real costumer (order SO-1362596): -the shipment was very delayed without updates -one part does not worked as advertised: the Costumer "service" with delayed answer, no apologies or explanation, the return policy looks like an menacing statement where you are guilty for everything. My advice: check other options. Glock Store have a huge marketing force, but not supported by a real service and client focus. Use it only for the Magill's videos in You Tube

Horrible customer service from the custom shop! They have been working on a project for over 21 weeks now (5 MONTHS!!!) and when I ask when it will be done I never get a straight answer...everytime I inquire about my order all they say is "it will be done in 2 more weeks"...I am soo sick of hearing "2 more weeks"..who knows when I am going to get my project completed by them could be several more weeks or even months!! They make you pay the total upfront (instead of a deposit) and then don't care about how long they keep you... read more

Do NOT order anything from this company. They do not update their website with availability. So you waist your time placing an order, expecting it to be in stock and shipped. After they charge your credit card for almost the full amount, they notify you the items are not available. And it says after 30 days, they would have to re-charge your credit card. Problem is, they've already charged you almost the full amount. Happened to me on the last 2 orders. So now you have to try and contact them to get your money back. ... read more
