September 9, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Midnight Sky was at a dealership close to me but we called a Glockner for a better offer. They promised that if we made the 2 1/2 drive to Glockner in Ashland Ky, they would have one there and beat the other offer. We got there at 5pm, no Jeep Grand Cherokee L Midnight Sky on their lot. All of our phone calls and text/emails are recorded. After reviewing recorded communications with the customer, I have found no evidence that they were told that we have the vehicle that they were looking for. We did tell them that we would find the vehicle and have it brought in and took a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure. We had the dealership in OH willing to work with us until the customer called them. Once the customer reached out to that dealership, they quit returning our calls.
