Sold me a lemon. My transmission went out about a year after getting the car. They agreed to fix it & towed it to Portsmouth. They had my car about 3 weeks. I kept calling & asking where my car was & when I was going to get it back. They never could tell me where they was having it fixed. This place is one of the absolute worst to do business with if you expect to be in a reliable vehicle. Three months ago my brother brought his vehicle there for a short or so they said. (Had the car for less than a year) He still does not have his car back and it has been passed from one Glockner dealership to the next. He is still making his payments and they are holding onto his car and doing nothing. Prior to this so-called shorted fuse, this car has been nothing but a giant money pit.
