We have been working with Globe Trotter for almost 7 years now. This review is for Cecilia who is our property manager at Globe Trotter. Cecilia has been a game changer for managing our property. She attentive, friendly, quick to respond, communicative and always is willing to help. I appreciate her so much. 10/5 stars from me.

I wholeheartedly recommend Globe Trotter Properties, and especially would like to highlight Berna Kublan, our property manager. Berna goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. She is sharp, communicative, well informed, organized, professional, and just an all-around ace. She was an excellent property manager for our condo for years. Berna's service and skills are excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend Berna and Globe Trotter Properties. I would definitely hire them again.
Stephanie Bisase has been a nightmare to deal with.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS AGENT. Her poor and ineffective communication created alot of frustration and confusion. She walked in on my elderly mother without proper notification (no phone call or text). She hung up on me when I called to request courtesy calls or text prior to entering the property. At move-out, we were charged $350 to replace a washer seal — not the washer itself, just the rubber gasket. Our property manager Amy claimed it “couldn’t be cleaned,” but when we asked for proof of any cleaning attempts, they provided none. The only thing they sent was an invoice for the replacement — no documentation of damage, no service report, and no photos from before or after.
