Sanja has been our property manager for six years and she’s been incredibly helpful and customer service oriented. She helped us solve a number of challenges and always helped to find solutions that were cost effective and beneficial for both the renters and the tenants. We always knew we were in good hands while living overseas. Sanja and the GTP Team gave us peace of mind while serving overseas and for this we are really grateful.
This company is awful. They placed a nightmare tenant in my unit. The tenant caused substantial damage to my unit, broke his lease a month in, and now Globe Trotter refuses to provide any of the documentation they used to screen him. I’m starting to doubt it even exists, and that they lied about everything. That’s not even including the months of literal hell having to deal with this tenant. Any time we’ve needed repairs or had questions about the property, they’ve approved requests promptly and kept communication clear and courteous. It’s reassuring to work with a company that values responsiveness and professionalism. Ask to work with Becky Cullinan she is the absolute best!
My partner and I have had a great experience dealing with Lana and Pat as renters. Throughout our first year Lana was always willing to go the extra mile to help us navigate any obstacles by being professional and communicative. During our tenancy we had many issues with our unit due to the building, and Lana always made sure to advocate for us and let us know that she was on our side. We are extremely thrilled that Lana and Pat will continue to be our Property Managers!
