Horrible experience for Tenants, avoid renting from them if possible!!! -House was not ready at time of lease start: They still needed to do inspections/repairs and asked for me to wait to move my stuff in, even though my scheduled move was a week after the lease start date. -Condition of home was not as advertised on Zillow. My wife and I are military so we signed site-unseen, which is on us, but there was mold in the laundry room, the walls had huge oil stains and large marks/cracks, all of the doors had issues opening/clo... read more
My wife and I lived overseas for several years and relied on Pat and Lana from Globe Trotter Properties to manage our condo in Arlington, VA. We experienced several complications with our home but Pat and Lana are always on top of it. They keep us informed and bring solutions to problems, which takes a huge load off our shoulders. We would highly recommend GTP, Pat and Lana to other property owners.
Ghezal ("GG") is our property manager, and she is a dream. She responds promptly, is thoughtful, and is very easy to work with and reasonable when apartment issues arise. I enjoy working with her very much and am grateful we stumbled upon her when choosing a new apartment.
