If you want fast awesome service, this is the place!! Took one of my trailers in to get the deck replaced. They had it tore apart and rebuilt same day. At the end of last year, we bought a 55 ton extendable with hydraulic stinger and couldn't be happier. Makes my driver's day when he sees other people having to get their stingers craned or forklifted off their trailer while he just has to hold a lever and it flips right over. He couldn't go back to a normal stinger for sure LOL. As for customer service, Globe has the best customer service out of any other trailer manufacturer in the business (We've owned Fontaines, XLs, Aspens, and Trail Kings).
