I've been working as a GRIP inspector for 2 years now. Not only has it been a great way to supplement income, but it has been an amazing lead service for my company.
GRIP was hired by insurance company to perform a roof inspection on my home. The rep that came out was very nice & professional. It was a pleasurable experience.
Terrible customer service. Very rude! The receptionist (Alisha) hung up the phone on me after asking her for a phone number. I can't believe this is the type of company my insurance company contracts to do appraisals! Its a shame that we as paying costumers don't have more power of choice when it comes to selecting who provides our service. I would not recommend this company at all!!
