I used to live in Partridge Manor. The caretaker Charity was so helpful and kind. I still remember we both moved in the building at the same time. Though she was dealing with her move in portion too, yet she was so cooperative and understanding that she assisted us in the best possible way ever. A big shout-out to her for her dedication and hardworking nature. It would’ve never been so smooth if she wasn’t there.
Do not rent from this agency. My brother couldn’t even get a place. Even with a co signer. They told him they would pass on him. He’s been at his job for 9 yrs?? We were told by a tenant anyways that they are always spraying for bed bugs in the buildings. You don’t want to live here anyways. Horrifying treatment from management. Not very professional and very rude staff. So many other wonderful agencies out there!! This is NOT one of them!! You have been warned about them here first hand!!

I live at Grenoble mannor and I love this building. The resident does a great job keeping it clean. He is very helpful and professional.
Мы lived in Dakota Towers apartments for 3.5 years, and throughout that time we never had any issues. Our caretaker Valentina was always kind, professional, and very responsive. Whenever we needed help or had a maintenance request, she addressed it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. She truly cared about the building and the tenants, and it made living here a great experience.
