I live at Grenoble mannor and I love this building. The resident does a great job keeping it clean. He is very helpful and professional.
Мы lived in Dakota Towers apartments for 3.5 years, and throughout that time we never had any issues. Our caretaker Valentina was always kind, professional, and very responsive. Whenever we needed help or had a maintenance request, she addressed it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. She truly cared about the building and the tenants, and it made living here a great experience. It was great staying at Dokot Towers. Valentyna has been an absolutely phenomenal caretaker. She is always kind, helpful and genuinely caring. Whenever I needed her help, she never hesitated to personally come and assist me, even with the smallest things like showing me how to operate the dishwasher.
