Chantel is the best caretaker you could ever ask for. She takes pride in her job at the Roslyn Square and has a genuine care for people. Chantel goes above and beyond in every area of her job, making sure that the people who live in her building are safe and supported. My worst and most disappointing experience was with this company. They are simply dishonest. We rented their apartment in late 2020. About a month ago, we decided to move out. From that point on, they started looking for every possible fault, even though we returned the apartment in much better condition than when we received it. The carpet looked almost brand new. Despite this, they deducted $650 from our deposit, claiming that because we had lived there for more than five years, we were required to pay for carpet cleaning.... read more

I live in Dakota Tower and I’m very satisfied with the condition of the building. Initially, I planned to stay for only one year, but now I have renewed my lease for a third year as well. Valentyna truly does her best to make sure everything runs smoothly and in an organized manner. Any issue related to the unit or the building is followed up on quickly, and in addition, the laundry room, lobby, and all floors are always clean. I felt it was important to thank Globe Property for choosing her as the manager of our building.
