I live in Dakota Tower and I’m very satisfied with the condition of the building. Initially, I planned to stay for only one year, but now I have renewed my lease for a third year as well. Valentyna truly does her best to make sure everything runs smoothly and in an organized manner. Any issue related to the unit or the building is followed up on quickly, and in addition, the laundry room, lobby, and all floors are always clean. I felt it was important to thank Globe Property for choosing her as the manager of our building.
Dumpster area at my building is a disaster. Garbage is often left ON and AROUND the receptacles (and around building) due to careless tenants and apathy from management. Smokers flick cigarette around the dumpsters and management is more concerned about whether the butts are technically on their property or in the back alley rather than the mess. Worst management team and company around. Do not recommend and these guys are seriously disliked by the RTB for a long list of horrible reasons.
