Horrible horrible company. I wish I paid more attention to reviews before moving in… I always thought “that can’t truly be the case” with the parade of negative reviews but here we are…I Cannot urge people to stay away strongly enough. I lived at their property at 2735 pembina hwy (the bolt) for a little over a year. On October 8, 2026 one of their workers entered my unit without notice. I went directly to the manager and she told me she was just coming as she had the morning off. She told me that there should not have been anyone in my unit that day and would look into it. This company is trash and not recommended at all.
The CEO of this multi million dollar organization is Richard Morantz. Google Marty Morantz of the CONservative party. As a tenant make smart choices by reading between the lines. They are such abusers of their political influence that they threaten with lawsuit when I brought their scan to attention. The property manager Marcy Navarette claimed a penalty for $2000 and refused to answer my queries clearly over the email.
