they're trouble management and very hard to deal with them. Specially when you want to move to another place and want to get your deposit back they steal 95% of your money. I would give them 0 out of 10 and I recommend every one not to rent from them.🥱
The property manager Marcy claimed a penalty for $2000 and refused to answer my queries clearly over the email. Terrible customer service as they don't attend your call and reply to your email, after you have raised a dispute. These losers sent a letter with 30 day notice threatening to tarnish my and my friend's credit report, for not paying the disputed amount. This property management is terrible! I applied for an apartment, and they rejected me, demanding a guarantor. I was explicitly told over the phone that I had two options: provide a guarantor or make an alternative offer. Why should I have to do that? I’m renting an apartment, not applying for a mortgage! When I asked what kind of "alternative offer" they meant, they refused to clarify, saying they couldn’t tell me what it was or what it meant. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Well kept building, Property Manager, Kelly is always so pleasant and despite her frequent turnover in staff, having her be a constant has been very reassuring, knowing any issues that may come up, are dealt with in a timely manner. Improvements have been 100% noticeable and her kindness and compassion don't go unnoticed. Thanks again for all the support over the last 5+ years!!
