The property manager Marcy Navarette claimed a penalty for $2000 and refused to answer my queries clearly over the email. Terrible customer service as they don't attend your call and reply to your email, after you have raised a dispute. These losers sent a letter with 30 day notice threatening to tarnish my and my friend's credit report, for not paying the disputed amount. Remember, the Conservative Party of Manitoba refused to search landfill for the remains of Indigenous women. Their god is money and they are willing to throw anyone under the bus for profit.
