4 stars, because the nurse practitioner was AMAZING! I really feel like she was listening AND taking in, all I was telling her. Front office guy, my 1st time there, he did his job, and he was nice, not grumpy. Staff that took me back was also very nice. Also professional, and explained paperwork to me. My ONLY complaint was that the establishment was not as clean as I thought it should be...
