Super disappointed in these guys. Double charged my credit card and continued to ignore me after I brought in my receipt with my bank statement showing the charge. Came in multiple times to remedy this issue, talked to a manager and one of the owners. It's been over a month. Bad business! Won't be back!

I went here last night with my Texas issued ID the bouncer didn't know what a Texas ID looked like. He said he has seen 3 already and none of them had the numbers on the picture BTW those numbers were my birthday! He thought it was a fake I told him I am serving in the military he started to be unprofessional and cussing out that he doesn't care if I was fighting for his freedom. We have enjoyed the food and atmosphere here in the past. Yesterday we brought my brother here to show him what a great place it is. We came in, a server acknowledged us, and then we proceeded to be ignored for the next 20 minutes. The one server was busy, but the two bar tenders were not slammed. They could have at least got our table started. We finally gave up and left. We walked down the street to another establishment and spent our money there. It's too bad.
The first time we came to the Globe (newly reopened) I thought the atmosphere was great, the food is amazing and I love that the menu is always changing. The service was lacking but we brushed it off that it was opening weekend and you guys were under staffed. Well my husband and I went back a different weekend and the service we awful. Waited for 20-30 minutes for someone to even look in our direction. When we finally got someone to wait on us, it's only because they walked by and we waved them down.
