Selling a home is already stressful, and unfortunately this experience made it worse. I had a very disappointing experience working with Ruth Rivera and Globalwide Realty while selling my home. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I often had to follow up for updates. After a buyer was approved and we had agreed on terms, I was later approached about reducing the agreed sale price in a way that would have allowed the buyer to pocket funds from the loan. Thankful to Aracelys Rodrigue, you have done an excellent job and as a team with Broker Mortgage Steve, my process at the house was basically in a month, good communication and the service to find the professional and fast house inspectors... for the closing of the house all together until the end; it was a special experience.
