Bob and team were very polite, courteous in providing the best of service. They helped get a Nest replacement free under warranty by providing accurate fault information and tech report to manufacturer. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC job. Had them quote out a separate job for which i was unable to schedule properly (completely my fault), their quote was better than any others. They were extremely nice when i told them of my mistake. Very good family business

Highly recommended. Great service and personal touch—worked through issues as our unit reached its end, and consulted with me about the best options when it came time to finally replace our unit. Fair and straightforward pricing, prompt and thorough. Repeat customer- would use again, and have!

Last time they came out to my house for a diagnostic on my AC unit, they were great. Wanted to use them again, but you call and get voicemail. I got one return call that I unfortunately missed. All calls I made after that were not returned, disappointing.

My outdoor AC unit stopped working on a hot July weekend and Climate Design had it up and running again within 2 hours of my call. They have also inspected and performed routine maintenance on my whole AC system, and I was very pleased with their prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly service.
