I was having a recurrent problem with my phone service and the employees at the store went above and beyond to take care of the problem for good. That's excellent customer service.
The service is always friendly and professional. Other companies wanted a credit check or a deposit... not Global. They just signed me up and I pay them each month with no hassle and no intrusive credit checks. Once, years ago, I did run my phone out of minutes. I was out of state and in a bind... and they remotely worked to fix my issue at minimal cost to me, and had it fixed in an amazing amount of time. I can't ever say enough good about Global Wireless or the folks who work there.
