I wasn’t greeted upon entering the studio. When the manager came into the waiting area, she didn’t acknowledge me, ask me if I needed water, or ask me who I was here for. Flavia was late starting the appointment. I was given a pillow case to cover my breast & it looked like it had previously been used. I wasn’t offered any water, I had to ask for it. The massage itself didn’t feel like much. This space intentionally didn’t feel welcoming. I won’t be back.
Place is pricey but I was willing to pay for a high end professional massage. However after my massage my arm started experiencing extreme pain to where I can’t shake hands with anyone or open doors. I had no prior injuries or issues with this arm before. I hope it’s temporary. I came in for a Swedish massage but ended up getting a deep tissue massage, which is not what I wanted. This is the first time I'm writing a google review, I sat on it think should I share my thoughts but I just can't get over how underwhelming and rushed my experience was here and because I received my massage from the owner it makes me even more inclined to write this.
