They filled the snack machine but it does not work it says cards off line by vendor this is a bunch of BS

I am a nurse in a facility and I just have to say that the quality of the machines is state-of-the-art the food is always fresh machines are never empty customer service is impeccable and I highly recommend this company
I would just like to say that the vending machine always in great condition and clean the foods are always fresh and the customer service is excellent
