I was called by them and did an intake and set up an appointment. Just to get a call a day before my appointment asking me when did I want to schedule when I already made an appointment . She tells me she doesn’t see anything for me on the site and I tell her I no longer want an appointment with them due to the confusion. Then they call me again today and ask for a completely different name that isn’t mine. Very unprofessional and it’s seems that people’s contact information are not stored properly.
Terrible communication and overall services. Don't waste your time and money. Take yourself seriously and find a serious place for your mental health.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. A person who minimizes someone else's experience with trauma should not call themself a therapist, but a horrible human being. Worse experience. Beware.
A cozy treasure located in the heart of Brooklyn. I left feeling restored and replenished. Thank you to Dr. Linda, the Acupuncturist for the session. And Dr. Flo and her team for extraordinary service from start to finish.
