Jerry cussed me out on the phone after I expressed my frustration with a corrective deed that need to be filed due to their mistake. Class act Jerry. Worst title company ever.
This company is still holding over $8000 of our money and has not settled a closing settlement that took place in Oct. 2019! Despite a dozen phone calls and e mails Jerry refuses to contact us. We now have had to get legal representation. I would NEVER recommend this Title Co.
RecommendedHands down the best title company in the area! The Troutner brothers and staff are 2nd to none with their service, speed and knowledge. I can also say they are experts in handling commercial properties that are in fact million+ dollar transactions. They know how to quickly resolve any issues that can arise. Ive worked with them for over 15 years and highly recommend.
