They do not follow their own procedures. I asked to replace the face they just did a minor procedure and charge for something I did not ask
Phenomenal. I initially wanted to get my watch fixed at a different place in the mall but the employee there essentially told me to go here instead. I was hesitant at first but man does this guy know what he's doing. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes with a new battery and and my watch resized. Highly recommend 👌 👍 ⌚️
They didn’t seal my watch properly and not the glass gets foggy. They charged me $25 to replace the battery too and now it stopped telling time.

Went in to get my watch battery replaced. Took 5 minutes, only charged me $15, and even set my watch to the correct time! Very grateful :)
