WRONG ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF THIS PROPERTY
Lived at the Richmond Terrace (1840 Richmond) property for 2 years. In the 2 years I lived there: -My apartment was flooded on Christmas Eve and no one answered the phone for days, until I finally had to move to an upstairs apartment in which I was charged $50 more a month - when I got to the upstairs apartment, it was RAT infested and did not receive any help from PM Lisa to remove them. Had to receive help from a family member just to get one out. Asked them to send an exterminator, they only sent one out for a consultatio... read more
Dude ripped me off on a app. Fee. And he wasn't nice about it.! Dude looked like a lady...I'm confused.!
Ever since they changed management my ac has not been working for 9 months now. Do not move here. I never complain. But this problem keeps happening. They said they fix it but it not fixed. I have hot days and hot nights.
Leasing manager Lisa Gonzalez is helpful and nice. Had a good experience with her and renting my apartment. Will definitely consider her and the rental co. again.
