GSI replaced rotten wood around my facia and soffit with cement board. They also replaced my 4” gutters that leaked and overflowed with 5” gutters that have never overflowed in 3 years. They found that my underground drain was plugged with tree roots and dug it all up and replaced it. Back yard now drains. They poured two patios and covered both. They then painted everything.
