I just got out of the frustrating 3 years lease. The technicians that come to fix issues have been incompetent. The Tech defaulted my camera to Factory setting which was irreversible and I was still not allowed to get out of the lease when it was their fault. I have had to deal with defensive attitude not taking responsibility for their mistakes. The absolute worst! They lied to me and told me they knew my security system, which apparently was way too advanced for them. Once they signed me into a contract, several people told me they have no idea how to operate my system. These people are terrible! I would recommend over them.
The customer service is horrible. I canceled my service and got a bill four years later for continued service. When I called they basically called me a liar. DONTGO WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give no stars but it requires one to post.
Amazing security products and CCTV. They are local, so when you call they actually answer the phone!
We did some subcontractor work for them and they refused to pay even though we did a great job for them. Beware if you want to get paid!
