I used Ruben on a referral. Never would I recommend him to even an enemy. He is always late to every appointment time that he sets. He finally gets to the house that he is showing you and then leaves and says he will be back in 5 minutes. Most of the time he would be gone for 10 minutes and then come back to lock up. He is rude.
