Closed my account 3 months ago, got a new charge on my AMEX.
This company should be ashamed of itself. Their customer service is simply awful. I hope this review matters to them, but I doubt it will.
The do not answer phone calls and the only way communicate with them is through emails. I tried to contact them as I sold the business and sent an email to Derrick Bryant to see what I needed to do. He didn't respond and finally I found out whom to talk to by email after I was charge $425 for the assessment charge. They will not refund me the $425.
