alquile un coche en noviembre 2025 , a todo riesgo que apenes lo use , cuando lo devolví y regrese a mi pais vi que se me había cobrado 29 dolares de mi tarjeta, llame inmediatamente a la compañia , hable con la dueña donde me indico que me devolveria el dinero sin problema han pasado mas de dos meses y no me han devuelto ni un duro , encima han bloqueado mi numero hoy he llamado de otro numero y si que me responden cuando cuento lo que me paso se quedan mudos, lo peor en llamada silenciosa y ya no me hablan, por 29 dolares ... read more

Worst experience ever..... They charged me an extra $1,500 dollars without prior notification. Supposedly I returned the car without the back seat, but when I returned, it was inspected and had no problems. I called and the supervisor was not there. I have never been contacted despite having my phone contact. In my opinion this is a set up. They have surveillance cameras; therefore, this issue can easily be verified prior to charges. It is easier for them to charge $1,500 than verify the surveillance cameras. I hope my exper... read more
