After talking to Sam Chong, I believe they deserve more than just one star. He is very friendly and his customer service is exception before and even after you purchase a house. Their not like some agents that won't care about you after they get your money.
Disgusting. Sam Chong, the manager, was completely rude and openly passing judgment on my financial status. Completely unmprofessional and hung up on me multiple times. Discriminatory as well, and denied my application without talking to the landlord.
