We as two Canadian couples purchased a partially finished new build condo in the Bucerias area about three years ago using Global who represented us. They guided us through the entire process until our deed was issued. The couples became estranged and so the condo was put up for sale; once again using Global. All sale aspects other than the final document signing in Mexico was done remotely from Canada using Fred and Lucette from Global and ATG for legal.
