Knowledgeable staff, always on time and leaves the area clean. RIVO has worked on commercial washer-dryers in my apartment building and appliances in my home. Always inspects, provides reason for appliance not working and lead time for any part to be ordered and Estimate for complete job.
I was in a real bind when I called Global Pro Service - I had just realized my A/C wasn’t turning on in the middle of a historic heatwave, AND my elderly in-laws were arriving to stay with us in just 12 hours! I was worried I wouldn’t even get a reply in that amount of time, but Dennis replied, showed up, and completely fixed the problem with time to spare. Absolutely phenomenal, fast service. I will not be using anyone else for appliance repair in the future!
Their man showed up promptly, found the issue, and showed me what the cost of the repair would be. I was just about to say go ahead when he pointed out that I might just want to buy a new one. He was right! That is why I really like these guys. Clean, competent, and honest.
