Highly unprofessional, irresponsible. Do not trust this management company. I had a SEVERE mold issue that was present in my actual HVAC system. The company took a month to even do actual testing on the issue. I had to send multiple notices and every time they sent a maintenance person they would gaslight me saying there was no issue and PAINTED OVER the obvious mold.
