The regional manager hung up in my face and won’t forward my complaint to the director. The sent me a email saying I would be charged for a bicycle that was not mine. When trying to call to let them know the bicycle did not belong to me the regional manager told me “I didn’t read” and spoke to me like a child’s. This gotta be the WORST management company I ever dealt with. They never hire nobody who actually know what they doing. It’s like they just be picking people off the street with zero experience in management. No leadership, no organization, no accountability. This place stay dirty for MONTHS. Housekeeping don’t clean nothing. Hallways nasty, common areas filthy , trash everywhere. It’s embarrassing.
