I shipped a package to my girlfriend in Sweden last November via GlobalPost. The tracking said that it never left the United States. I sent a claims for back to the address it was sent by. A month later I called to see what was going on- they said I sent it back to the wrong address and it needed to go to a different one (that was not provided). If your an Etsy seller don't use this company. Every single package they add weight to and charge you extra. My last package I took the the USPS and had them weight and measure it. It was exactly what my label was for and then just like all the other packages global post added weight to the package and then charged me $17.34 more. I now refused all orders with Global Post. My international customer must use Fedex or the USPS. I have my receipt for the last package from the USPS and proof it weighed what I said. This company ... read more
