The customer service needs improvement to say the least. They have poor phone skills. They never answer there phone and the there voice mail is always full. The Receptionist needs to improve her communication skills. Anyone sitting at the front desk is very bland with no facial expressions other than the annoyed look for just asking where the restroom is like pulling teeth. This place is very unprofessional and rude, from the doctor to the staff. Also they never answer the phones or call you back. I’ve called while sitting in this office and watched them just let the phone ring and never pick it up

Horrible. They yelled at me and told me to get out of their office because i was stretching and resting my legs on the chair after sitting and waiting for hours for the doctor. He slammed things, yelled at me, Threatened to call the police and refused to see me, I’ve never had such a unpleasant experience at the doctors until now. We will be filing grievance and filing with the medical board.
