As a visiting patient from Florida having outpatient surgery at Mass General, I needed a medical escort to be discharged safely. Global One Healthcare was excellent from start to finish. We needed homecare with our aunt who was recently diagnosed with Dementia and we were unable to find the right caregiver for her. After speaking with Global One Homecare, we were very happy to work with them. And the aides had been very nice to our aunt and treats her with care and compassion
We needed care for our Dad because we was not no longer available to be there, and After speaking with Global One Homecare, we were very happy to work with them and most thing I liked they do pedicures and manicures. Our aides assigned to our home treated our Dad with care and compassion
My family and I want to thank this agency for supporting our loved one during her final months. Cecilia, our caregiver was incredibly warm and dedicated. We are so lucky to have found her and Global One Home Care. We can't thank them enough.
The caregiver was a little inexperienced at first but eventually came around and ended up doing a great job. But the early days were rough. Maybe do some in house on boarding with the Care givers to get them to understands the client needs. 3 stars.
