Run fast!! This place is a nightmare. I was a patient years ago and I Experienced the most insane wait times and terrible customer service. We moved away and fast forward many many years I received a referral back to them. Rather than having it switched, I thought it’s gotta be better by now… It’s definitely worse. The staff is extremely rude and don’t care at all. The doctors are great once you’re seen but the office staff is unhelpful and don’t not service you well. They will not see you if you only have
If I was able to give -5 stars I would. This office is horrible. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Stay away!!!!!
Darline M. is the worst manager and doesn’t have any customer service skills. I showed up for my appointment and my doctor was not in the office. I left work and drove this far for a blank trip! A courtesy call was not give to his patients. My appointment was for 2pm and you knew since 11am he wasn’t coming.
